Not to be outdone by Entries, another set of I2s are being handed out today. These were also RFCd by right, who also did this review. He really is a review bunneh, that right.

And it's a question all the admins must answer at some point in time. A lot of thought goes into deciding whether a volunteer deserves privs or not. It is not a decision that is reached lightly.
